Service Description

As a Certified Integral Yoga Teacher and Interfaith Chaplain in Residence at Sacred Waters, Denise has been offering classes, workshops and retreats for over 35 years. Her intention is to open the practices to all who wish to deepen their relationship with themselves, to become kinder and more intimate with their bodies and hearts, and, ultimately, to extend that out into the wider world, for the good of all beings. Her teaching is rich and integrated — using breath, mindfulness, somatic movement, Yoga therapy, Metta (lovingkindness) meditation, stillness, rest and poetry — and is both gentle and therapeutic. All levels are welcome. Classes are Tuesdays 6-7:30pm + Saturdays 10-11:30am. $15 per class fee or $130 for a 10-session pass. In-person at Sacred Waters or online.
