St. Andrew's House
The historic St. Andrew's House, built by the Symons family in 1928, has 20 beds available in 12 rooms for $75pp/night (meals extra): two queens, one double and seventeen twins in 12 rooms of various sizes and privacy options. Meals are additional and require a minimum of 12 guests served.
Bayne Cottage
Built over Hood Canal, the Bayne Cottage provides cozy accommodations for up to eight people. Across the highway from St. Andrew's House, this charming waterfront cabin features a large wrap-around deck, fully equipped kitchen, living room and barbecue. Rates are $175/night (all days). Meal service is not available, unless part of a larger retreat.
Callison Home
Built in the 1920s, this charming old lodge built by local legend I.P. Callison houses the central kitchen, dining room and resource library. The Home offers eight beds (two of them queen) in six unique rooms with shared bathrooms. Rates are $75/night private room; $50/per person/night shared room. Meals are additional, and based upon a minimum of 12 guests total being served.
The Gatehouse
The Gatehouse features sustainable bamboo flooring and non-toxic finishes. Built in 2010, the building can sleep up to six in three separate bedrooms, each decorated in a beautiful theme and featuring private bathrooms, microwave and mini-fridge. Rates are $150/night per room, which can be for either one or two people. Perfect for personal retreats or extra rooms for larger groups. Meals are additional, and only available when larger retreat groups are being served.
Creekside Lodge
Built in 2005 to Built-Green™ standards, Creekside provides overnight accommodations for up to 12 guests in seven rooms, features a kitchenette, a 375-sq.ft. meeting room for up to 15 with flexible seating options, a gas fireplace and easy access to a large deck. The entire building is available for the flat rate of $1,000/night. Meals are additional, and based upon a minimum of 12 guests total being served.
Hillside Cottage
Built in the 1920’s, Hillside Cottage has a special beach house charm. The 512-square foot living room can be used as a meeting space for up to 20 individuals and opens to a covered porch with spectacular Hood Canal and Olympic Mountain views. The Cottage sleeps up to eight guests in four shared bedrooms, has two shared bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. Rates are $175/night (all days). Meal service is not available, unless part of a larger retreat.
Meal Service
Minimum 12 guests for meal service. Coffee/tea available all day in dining room; elsewhere requires extra fee.
