GRACE & GRATITUDE RETREAT A 2-day Yoga + Meditation Retreat with Denise Carrico Certified Integral Yoga Teacher, Interfaith Chaplain ...The hours fresh and tidal are the hours I want to hold in the palm of my hand, thank you, yes. Yes. -- Mary Oliver (from "The Return") You are invited to the 23rd annual Grace & Gratitude Retreat, Sat Nov 28 - Sun Nov 29, with an optional overnight Fri Nov 27 (additional). Another year, another opportunity to take some days to retreat (at Sacred Waters) and give thanks - thank you, yes. The weekend after Thanksgiving. The opposite of Black Friday. We will devote these days to slowing down and, with care and kindness, appreciate the hours 'fresh and tidal' and imagine holding them in the palms of our hands - yes, thank you. To steady the trembling and ground us so we may then offer our care and our kindness to this broken world (also Mary - thank you, yes). The retreat begins with a continental breakfast at 9a on Saturday the 29th and our group practice starts at 10a that day. A full day into the evening. We end Sunday after lunch. More details - the schedule, what to bring, etc - with registration. Cost for the retreat is $495 for a shared room, $575 for a single, $345 commuter rate.
