Journal writing acts as a powerful, multifaceted practice for personal growth, self-compassion, and deep listening. It can serve as a private sanctuary for self-discovery and a catalyst for transformative change. By consistently putting thoughts to paper, participants can deepen their self-understanding, identify emotional patterns, and track their personal evolution over time. When: June 27, 1-2:30 (PST) Online via ZOOM We will: Release stress, honor your experiences, and deepen self-understanding through gentle yet powerful writing and body-awareness practice. Cost: 75.00 Vanessa Timmons is a certified professional coach and consultant who has been a nonprofit leader, a leadership and organizational change consultant, and an anti-violence advocate for over 40 years. She attended Marylhurst University’s Multidisciplinary Studies Program in Portland, Oregon. Committed to life-learning, she has continued her education through certificates and training, including the Interpersonal Neurobiology of Trauma Certification Program at Portland State University and the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
